GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Article I.

Pre-contractual agreement

 

  1. Pre-contractual arrangements include ordering services, negotiating their terms and confirmation of the final order by the provider.

 

  1. Orders for services must be made in writing and it must be clear from them who is making them and what their subject is (type of services, dates, prices, etc.).

 

  1. By signing the order, or by confirming the email, the provider expresses his consent to the provision of the ordered services in the agreed scope and at this point the contract is concluded.

 

Article II.

Obligations of the contracting parties

 

  1. By concluding the contract, the provider is obliged to provide the customer with the services specified in the contract, and the customer is obliged to collect these services and pay the company the agreed price for their provision.

 

Article III.

Payment Terms

 

  1. If the provider requires a deposit for the ordered services, the customer is obliged to properly pay this deposit, i.e. in the specified amount and on the specified maturity date; the payment of the advance means the crediting of the relevant amount to the provider's bank account, unless otherwise agreed. If the deposit is not properly paid by the customer, the provider reserves the right to cancel the agreed reservation and demand the corresponding cancellation fees from the customer according to Article IV. of these GTC.

 

  1. The payment is considered paid at the moment it is credited to the provider's bank account indicated on the tax document (invoice), unless otherwise agreed. The additional payment in the case of an advance payment is considered to have been paid at the time of acceptance of the payment by the authorized person.

 

  1. In the event of the customer's delay in payment of the advance payment or payment for the services provided, the provider has the right to demand from the customer, in addition to payment of the owed amount, interest on late payment in the amount of 0.5% of the owed amount for each day of delay, starting from the first day following the due date of the tax document (invoice) until its payment.

             

 

 

Article IV.

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Cancellation always means canceling, postponing or modifying a confirmed order.

 

  1. If the customer cancels the ordered and confirmed services, he is obliged to pay the cancellation fees to the provider according to the price conditions of the given reservation; cancellation fees will be calculated from the price for canceled services, as follows:

 

Common reservation

7 or more days before the expected start of accommodation free of charge.

From the 7th day before the expected start of accommodation, the price of the 1st night.

 

 

Non-refundable reservation

In the case of a non-refundable reservation, 100% of the total price is charged.

 

 

Article V.

Service complaints

 

  1. The customer is obliged to make a complaint about the services provided by the provider in writing to the person with whom the terms of the contract were negotiated. This claim must be made without delay after discovering service deficiencies, but no later than the day following the last day on which the customer was provided with the services in question. Later complaints will not be taken into account.

 

Article VI.

Withdrawal from the contract

 

  1. Each of the contracting parties is entitled to withdraw from the contract under the conditions and for the reasons established by law or the contract.

 

  1. The provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect (in whole or in part) if the customer violates the contract in a substantial way, or repeatedly violates any obligation from the contract, or if the customer is more than 10 days in arrears with the payment of any outstanding amount after the due date.

 

 

Article VII.

Further arrangements

 

  1. The contracting parties acknowledge that the responsibility of the provider, the client and the clients of the client is governed by the rules according to § 2894 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. The damage will be compensated in money if the parties do not agree

parties otherwise. In the event that the damage is caused by the customer's clients and the clients do not cover the claimed damage, the customer undertakes to cover this damage in the same way as if he had caused it himself.

 

  1. If the company finds the behavior of the customer or his clients to be a gross violation of the hotel's accommodation rules, the company has the right, after discussing the entire matter with the customer, to terminate the customer's accommodation, or his clients, without compensation, or without limitation of the right to charge for accommodation.

 

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel areas, except for designated areas. In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the provider has the right to charge the guests an amount of CZK 5,000 for endangering fire safety and deep cleaning of the premises.

 

  1. Personal belongings that the guest forgets at the hotel will be sent to the guest on cash on delivery by Czech Post at the guest's expense.

  

 

Article XII.

Final provision

 

  1. The General Terms and Conditions become valid and effective on September 1, 2017.
