QUICK BOOKING
A DEPOSIT is required for each reservation according to the cancellation period. However, a minimum of 1 night of stay. Reservation for a company requires the name, registered office, company ID and VAT ID.
"Submit RESERVATION" (meaning binding confirmation of your reservation) should only be done if you have already decided to stay. Otherwise, you will block the room from other interested parties.
ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION - RISK FREE
Postponement of reservations free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, and up to 2 days before arrival under the following conditions: passenger illness (medical certificate), passenger accident (document), death in the family (document), flight cancellation (document).
Free cancellation possible more than 21 working days before arrival, up to 20 working days from 7 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of stay and services, up to 7 days and more than 2 days is 50%. In case of cancellation of the stay 2 days before arrival or failure to arrive for the stay, 100% will be charged. For promotional stays and selected stays (New Year's Eve,...), the reservation conditions are governed by the conditions of the relevant event, if they are different. A stay with a price marked "PROMOTION" (price with discount) can only be postponed due to illness.
