After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed information about the content, price, and delivery of the service.
For intangible services (such as accommodation bookings), confirmation and details will be delivered via email.
For physical supplementary items (e.g., coffee capsules), delivery will be made directly to the apartment, usually on the day of arrival or as otherwise agreed.
Returns of physical goods (e.g., coffee capsules) are only accepted if the items are unopened, unused, and undamaged. Returns must be pre-approved and can be made in person or sent by post to an agreed address.
We strive to ensure the information on our websites is as accurate as possible, but we make no express or implied guarantees regarding its accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring your devices are protected from viruses or other risks.
