The operator provides accommodation services to a customer who makes a reservation at the operator’s accommodation facility.
The provider of accommodation services is the company Mezi plůtky s.r.o., Company ID No. 06195946, represented by Ing. Petr Hradil, meziplutky@gmail.com, +420 702 160 081.
The customer is a person who makes a reservation at the operator’s accommodation facility.
A description of the accommodation units is provided in the reservation system.
The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system based on the type of accommodation, the number of reserved units, the number of guests, and the duration and dates of the stay.
The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit for accommodation services, which the customer pays online via a payment gateway.
The customer is required to pay the accommodation deposit in advance via the payment gateway in the amount specified by the operator for the given type and date of accommodation.
Once confirmed by the operator, the reservation is binding for the customer, and the customer is obliged to pay the deposit at the time of booking.
If the deposit is not paid at the time of reservation, the operator is entitled to release the reserved dates for other customers.

Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs. The online dispute resolution platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr may be used for resolving disputes between the customer and the service provider.

Adults-only hotel
For the comfort and peace of our guests, we accommodate children from the age of 10.
Allergy-friendly hotel
For the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking hotel
Smoking is permitted only in a designated area of the garden.
Celebrations
Events and celebrations are permitted only with the prior consent of the owner.
Cancellation policy
the reservation deposit is non-refundable
- however, you can once change your date of stay at least 14 days before arrival
(in case of reservation of more than 2 rooms, it is 30 days;
in case of reservation of the whole house or one room for more than 4 nights, it is 60 days)
Why do we process personal data?
We process personal data primarily to enable and carry out accommodation services. Additionally, it is used so that the Operator may offer accommodation or related services again in the future.

Personal data is never shared with third parties, except for institutions authorized to access it by law.
Cookies

Why do we use cookies?
