Terms and Conditions of the Chajda Harrachov Reservation Portal

 

 

 

1. Introductory Provisions

 

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of Chajda Harrachov (hereinafter the “accommodation provider”) and the customer (hereinafter the “guest”) when booking and providing accommodation services via the online reservation portal www.chajdaharrachov.cz.

The operator and provider of accommodation services is:

By booking accommodation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

 

 

2. Reservations and Contract Conclusion

 

 

Reservations may be made online via the reservation system on the provider’s website or by other means (telephone, e-mail).

The contractual relationship between the guest and the provider is established at the moment the provider confirms the reservation.

The provider reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the facility is fully booked or in other justified cases.

 

 

 

 

3. Prices and Payment Terms

 

 

Current accommodation prices are listed in the reservation system and on the provider’s website.

The accommodation price includes only the services stated in the offer description; additional services are charged separately unless otherwise specified.

 

Payment may be made:

 

  • by bank transfer
  • in cash on site

 

 

The provider is entitled to require an advance payment of up to 100% of the accommodation price.

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

 

The guest may cancel a reservation in writing by e-mail to the provider’s address.

Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

  • cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
  • cancellation 14–7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price
  • cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation price

 

 

In the case of early termination of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the unused portion of the price.

 

 

 

 

5. Rights and Obligations of the Guest

 

 

The guest is obliged to follow the house rules of the facility.

The guest is liable for any damage caused to the provider’s property, in full.

The guest must promptly notify the provider of any defects or deficiencies.

 

 

 

 

6. Rights and Obligations of the Provider

 

 

The provider is obliged to ensure the guest’s accommodation in the scope and quality agreed in the reservation confirmation.

The provider is liable for damage to the guest’s health and property only to the extent provided by law.

The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the guest seriously violates the house rules or these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

 

 

7. Personal Data Protection

 

 

The provider processes guests’ personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy available on the provider’s website.

Personal data is used solely to ensure the reservation, accommodation, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

 

 

 

 

8. Final Provisions

 

 

These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of 1 January 2025.

All contractual relationships are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

Disputes between the provider and the guest will be resolved primarily by amicable settlement.

Cancellation Policy

 

  • More than 14 days before arrival – no cancellation fee, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
  • 14 days or less before arrival – cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the booked services.
  • Cancellation is only possible in writing (by e-mail or letter).
  • The date and time the cancellation is received is decisive.
  • In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, we charge 100% of the price of unused services.
