The reservation includes a deposit payment of 30% (6 or more days before the stay) or 100% (5 or fewer days before the stay). The payment is made through the payment gateway. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy.
In the note, you can indicate whether you require a double bed or separate beds/bedrooms (availability depending on the number of guests).
The operator provides accommodation services to customers who make a reservation at the operator's accommodation facility.

The customer is the person who makes a reservation at the operator's accommodation facility.
The description of the accommodation facility is provided in the reservation system and on the operator's website.
The price for the accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system based on the number of guests, the length and date of the reservation.
The reservation system also calculates the amount of deposit for the accommodation services that the customer pays online through the payment gateway.
The customer pays a deposit for accommodation through the payment gateway in the amount of 30% when making a reservation for stays 6 or more days before the date of the stay and 100% when making a reservation for stays 5 or less days before the date of the stay.
If the deposit for accommodation is not paid, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other customers.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, located at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is responsible for resolving consumer disputes. The platform for resolving disputes online located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the customer and the service provider.
The customer can cancel the reservation in writing or by email.
Cancellation fees outside the peak season and for stays up to 10 days
Cancellation by the Customer 6 or more days before the date of the stay for stays outside of peak season and for stays up to 10 days: free, full refund of the paid deposit.
Cancellation by the Customer 5 or less days before the date of the stay for stays outside of peak season and for stays up to 10 days: 100% of the paid deposit.
In case of cancellation by the Accommodation Provider, the Customer will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation fees during the peak season and for stays over 10 days
Cancellation by the Customer 15 or more days before the date of the stay for stays during peak season and for stays over 10 days: free, full refund of the paid deposit.
Cancellation by the Customer 14 or less days before the date of the stay for stays during peak season and for stays over 10 days: 100% of the paid deposit.
In case of cancellation by the Accommodation Provider, the Customer will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid.
