General conditions for the provision of accommodation and related services for apartments in the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT project

 

Thank you for choosing to use the accommodation and related services of VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT apartments, and we would like to ask you to comply with the following rules:

 

The operator of the apartment house VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT is the company HBH Services, r. o., with registered office: Pionierska 1033, 925 22 Veľké Úľany, SR, ID number: 54 528 330, company registered in the commercial register of the District Court of Trnava I, in Department: Sro, in insert no. 51424/T, www.villaerdody.sk, rezervacie@villaerdody.sk

  1. Accommodation and related services of the apartment
  • The client can order accommodation and related apartment services in person, by phone, in writing, through the reservation system on the website www.villaerdody.sk, rezervacie@villaerdody.sk, or other internet booking portals that promote accommodation services in the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT project in the interest of the operator. In the case of an order made in this way, the operator undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible about the preliminary acceptance of his reservation.
  • The operator only provides the client with services related to and related to short-term recreational accommodation in apartments.
  • The client undertakes that during his stay in the apartment only as many people will be accommodated as were properly reported to the operator at the beginning. Without the operator's consent, it is not allowed to accommodate or spend the night with other people.
  • After confirmation by the operator, the reservation is binding for the client and the client is obliged to immediately pay the total price of the reservation to the operator's account by the agreed date.
  • The operator has the right within 48 hours from the payment of the first payment by the client (50% of the total price of the reservation), to cancel, without giving a reason, the given reservation and is obliged to return the client's payment to the client's account, within 48 hours from the notification of the cancellation of the reservation to the client.
  • The client always sends the operator a confirmation of payment after the payment has been made, and the operator always sends the client a tax receipt for the received payment after receiving the payment.
  • The total payment for the client's reservation/stay is divided into three steps. The client's first reservation payment (50% of the total price of the reservation) is payable by the client as soon as the operator sends the documents for payment of the reservation. After its payment, the reservation becomes binding on the part of the client and binding on the part of the operator within 48 days after receiving the first payment from the client. The second payment (up to 100% of the reservation price) is due for the client no later than 7 days before the start of the stay. Without the payment of this second payment, within the above-mentioned period no more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the client will not be allowed to start the stay by the operator and the reservation will be automatically canceled for the client without the possibility of returning the first payment (50% of the total price of the reservation). , which becomes the client's cancellation fee for this case. The third payment (total billing for the client's reservation and stay) is payable to the client within the terms and conditions specified on the invoice sent to the client by the operator within 10 working days from the end of the client's stay (in rare cases when the operator solves the calculation of compensation for damage caused by the client, even later). At the discretion of the operator, this invoice will reflect any changes in the client's reservation (number of guests, accommodation tax), as well as additional services used by the client (e.g. wellness), or damage caused by the client to the apartment, its furnishings, neighboring apartments and the apartment house itself.
  • If the reservation is not paid by the client by the agreed date, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other clients.
  • The operator issues keys to the apartment to the client through the accommodation service, or keys can also be issued to the client contactlessly through a safe deposit box located on the building.
  • Before checking in, the client will check whether some of the inventory items are damaged. In the event that he discovers damage to any inventory item, he will immediately report this fact to the accommodation service. Later findings cannot be accepted. The client subsequently assumes overall responsibility for the apartment provided, including the inventory in question.
  • Any client insurance is not included in the price of provided accommodation and related services.
  • Individual accommodation in the apartment is not permitted for persons under the age of 18.
  1. Arrival for stay
  • Arrivals for the stay are determined as follows:
  • check in after 2:00 p.m. (from 6:00 p.m. through the safety deposit box)
  • check out from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
  • In the event of a change in the start of the stay by the client, he is obliged to inform the accommodation service about this on the telephone number of the accommodation service provided by the operator.
  1. Stay
  • Smoking and open fire are strictly prohibited in the apartments, including balconies and loggias!
  • It is forbidden to bring dogs and other animals into the apartment.
  • The client agrees that, based on an agreement with the client, the maintenance, accommodation and cleaning service worker, or the operator or owner of the given apartment, has the right to enter the apartment during the entire period of his stay in order to perform his official duties.
  • Between 22.00 and 06.00 the client is obliged to comply with nighttime silence, operating regulations in force, house rules of the building as well as direct instructions of the operator and the accommodation service.

 

  • Part of the provision of accommodation and related services of the apartment is the free provision of an outdoor parking space to the client for one motor vehicle at a designated place near the apartment building. The parking space is not guarded, the operator is not responsible for theft or damage to the motor vehicle in any way caused by a third party, or as a result of viz-major. We recommend our clients to always ensure that the car is properly locked and secured.
  • The operator is not responsible for things (valuables, money, etc.) brought by the client to the apartment premises, as well as for damage caused to stored things.
  • The client is obliged to act in such a way that there is no damage to health, property, nature and the environment. As part of prevention, the client will keep the entrance door to the apartment building and the entrance door to the apartment locked during their stay in the provided apartment. Before leaving the apartment, the client must properly check that the water taps are turned off, the lights are turned off, electrical appliances are turned off, and the windows and doors of the apartment are closed.
  • In the apartment, the client may not move the interior equipment, make any changes or adjustments to the equipment of the apartment, interfere with the electrical network or other installation without the consent of the operator.
  • The client is not allowed to use his own electric and gas portable appliances in the apartment.
  • In the event of a fire, the client is obliged to follow the instructions of the responsible workers (in accordance with the fire evacuation plan of the apartment building) and, after the arrival of the fire brigade, the instructions of the intervention commander.
  • For safety reasons, we do not recommend leaving children under 12 without adult supervision.
  1. Cancellation conditions for cancellation of the reservation by the client/guest
  • The client can also cancel the reservation by phone (+421 910 51 00 11), but always with subsequent written confirmation of the cancellation of the reservation (within 24 hours) to e-mail rezervacie@villaerdody.sk. The client's reservation is bindingly canceled only after receiving a written cancellation of the reservation by the operator.
  • No cancellation fee for the client up to more than 30 days before the client starts the stay
  • 50% of the total price of ordered services between 29 and 7 days before the client's stay.
  • 100% of the total price of ordered services less than 7 days before the client's arrival
  • If the client does not show up for the booked stay, the apartment operator is entitled to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the ordered and confirmed services. In the case of the client's withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the reservation, or in the case of the client's partial withdrawal from the contract and partial cancellation of the reservation, or the client's non-arrival for the reserved stay in exceptional cases (illness, death, natural disaster, etc.), the operator of the apartments is entitled / subject to the owner's consent apartment/ waive the right to payment of the client's cancellation fee based on the presentation of credible evidence of a serious reason for the client's withdrawal from the contract/agreement and cancellation of the reservation or partial withdrawal of the client from the contract/agreement and partial cancellation of the reservation or non-attendance of the stay booked by the client.
  1. Termination of stay
  • The client is obliged to personally hand over the apartment, directly to the accommodation service, in the condition in which he received it. The client is responsible for all damages caused by him or by persons using the apartment together with him. In the event of serious damage to the apartment or its equipment, the operator has the right to demand compensation for the actually spent funds (or estimated market value) used for repair or restoration of the original condition. The assessment of the seriousness of the damage to the apartment, or other affected matters, will be determined by the operator or administrator of the apartment house, and a protocol will be written about this, including the creation of relevant photo documentation, on the basis of which the operator will be able to claim compensation for damage according to the relevant legal regulations. In such a case, the client will be issued an appropriate tax receipt for the actual costs incurred (estimated) to repair or return the damaged equipment of the apartment to its original condition, which the client is obliged to pay within 10 days from the delivery of the tax receipt. If the client does not pay the tax document by its due date, the operator transfers the claim to a third party who is authorized to legally represent the operator, or apartment owner.
  • In case of loss of keys or access chips, the operator is charged a fee of 20 Euros.
  • The operator of the apartments VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay in the apartment if the client violates the "General conditions for the provision of apartments for rent", the building's house and operating rules, does not follow the direct instructions of the operator or the accommodation service, if the client has caused significant damage to the apartment or equipment apartment building, or if the client's behavior is indecent during his stay in the apartment.
  • The operator reserves the right to cancel the stay/reservation before/during the stay due to events that could not be prevented even with the best efforts or due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances. The operator is obliged to inform the client of this fact immediately after learning about these events. In this case, it will enable the client to complete the stay on another date suitable for the client.
  • By making the payment/partial payment for the accommodation and related services of the apartment, the client confirms that he is familiar with, understands, agrees with and fully accepts these "General Terms and Conditions for the provision of accommodation and related services of apartments".
