Accommodation in the season "Easter" (March/April) and "Christmas - New Year" (21.12. - 6.1) is the minimum number of nights 4!
Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 100Eur is required in case of causing minor damage.

PARKING
For each apartment, one parking space is reserved in front of the building marked with the identical apartment number. Park exclusively in this space. Another car can be parked in an open area within the complex. In case of improper parking, the vehicle will be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner.
WARNING!
The reservation is not binding until the advance or full payment for the stay is received and may be rebooked by another person interested in the stay.
General terms and conditions for providing accommodation and related services of apartments in the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT project
We thank you for deciding to use the accommodation and related services of the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT apartments and we would like to ask you to comply with the following rules:
The operator of the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT apartment building is the company HBH Services, r. o., with its registered office: Pionierska 1033, 925 22 Veľké Úľany, SR, Company ID: 54 528 330, a company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava I, in Section: Sro, in insert no. 51424/T, www.villaerdody.sk, rezervacie@villaerdody.sk
Accommodation and related services of the apartment
The client can order accommodation and related services of the apartments in person, by phone, in writing, through the reservation system on the website www.villaerdody.sk, rezervacie@villaerdody.sk, or other online reservation portals that promote accommodation services in the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT project in the interests of the operator. In the event of an order made in this way, the operator undertakes to notify the client as soon as possible about the preliminary acceptance of his reservation.
The operator provides the client only with services connected and related to short-term recreational accommodation in the apartments.
The client undertakes that during his stay in the apartment only as many people will be accommodated as were duly reported to the operator at the beginning. Without the consent of the operator, it is not allowed to accommodate or stay overnight with other persons.
The reservation is binding for the client after confirmation by the operator and the client is obliged to immediately pay the total price of the reservation to the operator's account by the agreed date.
The operator has the right, within 48 hours of the first payment by the client (50% of the total reservation price for accommodation prices higher than 500 EUR plus local tax), to cancel the given reservation, without giving a reason, and is obliged to return the client's payment to the client's account, within 48 hours of notifying the client of the cancellation of the reservation.
The client will always send the operator a confirmation of payment after payment and the operator will always send the client a tax document for the received payment after receiving the payment.
The total payment for the client's reservation/stay is divided into three steps. The client's first reservation payment (50% of the total reservation price) is payable by the client immediately after the operator sends the documents for payment of the reservation. An advance payment of 50% of the total amount for the stay is issued only if the total amount for the stay plus payment for the tourist tax is higher than 500 Euros and also falls within the 30-day cancellation period. After its payment, the reservation becomes fully binding on the client and binding on the operator within 48 from the receipt of the client's first payment. The second payment (additional payment up to 100% of the reservation price) is payable by the client no later than more than 7 days before the start of the stay. Without payment of this second payment, within the above-mentioned period, no more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the client will not be allowed to start the stay by the operator and the reservation will be automatically canceled for the client without the possibility of returning the first payment (50% of the total reservation price), which becomes the client's cancellation fee for this case. The third payment (the total bill for the client's reservation and stay) is payable to the client within the terms and conditions stated on the billing invoice sent to the client by the operator within 10 working days of the end of the client's stay (in rare cases, when the operator is resolving the calculation of compensation for damage caused by the client, even later).
This invoice will, at the discretion of the operator, reflect any changes in the client's reservation (number of guests, accommodation tax), as well as additional services used by the client (e.g. wellness), or damage caused by the client to the apartment, its furnishings, neighboring apartments and the apartment building itself.
If the reservation is not paid by the client by the agreed date, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other clients. The operator will issue the keys to the apartment to the client through the accommodation service, or the keys can also be issued to the client contactlessly through a safety deposit box located on the building. Before checking in, the client will check whether any inventory items are damaged. If he finds any damage to any inventory item, he will immediately notify the accommodation service. Later findings cannot be accepted. The client subsequently assumes full responsibility for the provided apartment, including the inventory in question. Any insurance of the client is not included in the price of the accommodation and related services provided.
Separate accommodation in the apartment is not allowed for persons under the age of 18.
Accommodation with a pet is possible only in apartments marked as "Pet friendly" and after paying the pet fee.
Check-in
Check-in times are as follows: check-in from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (after 3:00 PM via a safety deposit box)
check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. In the event of a change in check-in time by the client, the client is obliged to inform the accommodation service at the telephone number provided by the operator.
The apartment building does not have a reception!
Stay
Smoking and handling of open fire are strictly prohibited in the apartments, including balconies and loggias!
Some apartments allow pets; this information can be found in the apartment information.
The client agrees that during the entire period of his stay, the maintenance, accommodation and cleaning service worker, or the operator or owner of the apartment, has the right, based on an agreement with the client, to enter the apartment for the purpose of performing their official duties.
From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., the client is obliged to observe night silence, the continuously valid operating regulations, the house rules of the building, as well as the direct instructions of the operator and the accommodation service.
Part of the provision of accommodation and related services of the apartment is the free provision of an outdoor parking space to the client for one motor vehicle in a designated place near the apartment building. The parking space is not guarded, the operator is not responsible for theft or damage to the motor vehicle in any way caused by a third party, or under the title of viz-major. We recommend that our clients always make sure that the car is properly locked and secured.
Each apartment has one reserved parking space marked with the number of the respective apartment.
The operator is not responsible for items (valuables, money, etc.) brought by the client to the apartment premises, as well as for damage caused to stored items. The client is obliged to act in a way that prevents damage to health, property, nature and the environment. As a preventive measure, the client will keep the entrance door to the apartment building and the entrance door to the apartment locked even during their stay in the provided apartment. Before leaving the apartment, the client will properly check that the water taps are closed, the lights are turned off, electrical appliances are turned off and the windows and doors in the apartment are closed.
The client may not move the interior furniture in the apartment, make any changes or adjustments to the apartment equipment, or make interventions in the electrical network or other installations without the operator's consent. The client is not allowed to use his own electric and gas portable appliances in the apartment.
In the event of a fire, the client is obliged to follow the instructions of the responsible personnel (in accordance with the fire evacuation plan of the apartment building) and, upon the arrival of the fire brigade, the instructions of the commander of the intervention.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend leaving children under 12 years of age without adult supervision.
Cancellation conditions for cancellation of the reservation by the client/guest
The client can also cancel the reservation by phone (+421 910 51 00 11 during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), but always with subsequent written confirmation of the cancellation of the reservation (within 24 hours) to the e-mail rezervacie@villaerdody.sk. The client's reservation is bindingly canceled only after receiving a written cancellation of the reservation from the operator.
No cancellation fee for the client up to 30 days before the client's arrival,
50% of the total price of the ordered services between 29 and 7 days before the client's arrival.
100% of the total price of the ordered services less than 7 days before the client's arrival
In the event that the client does not arrive for the reserved stay, the apartment operator is entitled to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the ordered and confirmed services. In the event of the client's withdrawal from the contract and cancellation of the reservation or in the event of the client's partial withdrawal from the contract and partial cancellation of the reservation or the client's failure to show up for the reserved stay in exceptional cases (illness, death, natural disaster, etc.), the apartment operator is entitled /after approval by the apartment owner/ to waive the right to payment of the client's cancellation fee upon submission of credible evidence of a serious reason for the client's withdrawal from the contract/agreement and cancellation of the reservation or the client's partial withdrawal from the contract/agreement and partial cancellation of the reservation or the client's failure to show up for the reserved stay by the client.
End of stay
The client is obliged to personally hand over the apartment, directly to the accommodation service, in the condition in which he received it. The client is responsible for all damage caused by himself or by persons using the apartment together with him. In the event of serious damage to the apartment or its equipment, the operator has the right to demand compensation for the funds actually spent (or estimated at market value) used for repair or restoration to the original condition. The assessment of the severity of the damage to the apartment, or other matters concerned, will be determined by the operator or administrator of the apartment building and a report will be drawn up on this, including the preparation of relevant photo documentation, on the basis of which the operator will be able to claim compensation for damage in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. In such a case, the client will be issued with a relevant tax document for the actual costs incurred (estimated) for the repair or return of the damaged apartment equipment to its original condition, which the client is obliged to pay within 10 days of delivery of the tax document. If the client does not pay the tax document within its due date, the operator will transfer the claim to a third party who is authorized to legally represent the operator or. the owner of the apartment.
In the event of loss of keys or access chips, a fee of 20 Euros is charged by the operator.
Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 100 Euros will be collected from the client in case of minor damage.
The operator of the VILLA ERDŐDY RESORT apartments reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay in the apartment if the client violates the "General Terms and Conditions for the Rental of Apartments", the house and operating rules of the object, does not follow the direct instructions of the operator or the accommodation service, if the client has caused significant damage to the apartment or the equipment of the apartment house, or if the client's behavior is inappropriate during his stay in the apartment.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the stay/reservation in advance/during the stay as a result of events that could not be prevented even with maximum effort or as a result of unusual and unpredictable circumstances. The operator is obliged to immediately notify the client of this fact as soon as he learns about these events. In this case, he will allow the client to carry out the stay at another date convenient for the client.
By paying the payment/partial payment for the accommodation and related services of the apartment, the client confirms that these "General conditions of provision of accommodation and related services of the apartments " are known, understand them, agree with them and accept them in full.
The reservation is not binding until the advance or full payment for the stay is received and may be rebooked by another person interested in the stay.

The client can also cancel the reservation by phone (+421 910 51 00 11 during working days from 08:00 to 17:00), but always with subsequent written confirmation of the cancellation of the reservation (within 24 hours) to the email rezervacie@villaerdody.sk . The client's reservation is bindingly canceled only after receiving a written cancellation of the reservation from the operator.
