The operator provides accommodation services to the customer who reserves accommodation in the operator's accommodation facility.

The customer is a person who reserves accommodation in the accommodation facility of the operator.
A description of the accommodation units is given in the reservation system.
The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, the number of booked accommodation units, the number of guests, the length and date of the reservation.
The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit for accommodation services, which the customer pays by bank transfer.
The customer pays in advance the amount of the deposit for accommodation in the amount specified by the operator for the given type and date of accommodation.
After confirmation by the operator, the reservation is binding for the customer and the customer is obliged to pay the amount of the deposit for accommodation within three days.
If the deposit for the accommodation is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other customers.
Cancellation conditions are listed in a separate document.
The customer can cancel the reservation by e-mail.
Cancellation 20 or more days before the start of the stay… free of charge, full refund of the deposit paid
Cancellation 7 to 19 days before the start of the stay… 25% of the amount of the deposit paid
Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay… 50% of the amount of the deposit paid
Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay… 100% of the amount of the deposit paid

We process personal information mainly with the aim of enabling the process and implementation of accommodation services. Furthermore, in order for the operator to be able to offer the use of accommodation or related services again.

- Accommodation service provider
- Persons to whom the accommodation service provider assigns authorizations for the purpose of processing or implementation of services
- Provider of technical solution of the reservation system for the purpose of maintenance and control of the correct functioning of the system
