Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before arrival.

If the reservation is canceled less than 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.

Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be done in writing, usually by e-mail.

The exact way to cancel a reservation is determined by the reservation system that was used for the reservation. When booking accommodation directly through the reservation system, the cancellation of the reservation is considered an e-mail with a notification of cancellation of the reservation addressed to the Pension. When canceling a reservation that was entered through an external provider (e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.), the reservation must also be canceled through this external provider in the manner required by the external provider. In this case, a written cancellation addressed only to the Pension is not considered a proper cancellation of the reservation.
