Payment for your stay can be made only in cash or via bank transfer. Credit or debit card payments are not accepted.
Terms and Conditions for the Operation of the Guesthouse
The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the guesthouse (hereinafter referred to as the "Guesthouse") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest"), who makes a reservation for accommodation via the Guesthouse's website, by phone, or by email. By confirming the reservation, the Guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
A reservation is binding and takes effect upon confirmation by the Guesthouse. The reservation is confirmed when the Guest receives a confirmation email or other written confirmation from the Guesthouse. A reservation can be modified or canceled according to the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions.
The accommodation prices are listed on the Guesthouse's website and may vary depending on availability, seasonality, or specific guest requests. Prices include VAT and all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment for accommodation is due as specified at the time of reservation. The Guest may pay in advance, upon arrival, or by other agreed-upon means. If payment is not made by the agreed date, the Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, please note the following rules regarding the cancellation of your reservation:
Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 31 days before the planned arrival.
In case of cancellation after this deadline, Pension 922 reserves the right to charge the following fees:
30-22 days before arrival -> 10% of the accommodation price
21-08 days before arrival -> 50% of the accommodation price
07-01 day before arrival -> 100% of the accommodation price
If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy or need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to accommodate all our guests' needs within the available options.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). If the Guest is unable to arrive during these hours, they must inform the Guesthouse of their late arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the departure date. Late check-out is possible only by prior agreement with the Guesthouse and may incur an additional charge.
The Guest is required to comply with all rules and regulations regarding accommodation, behavior within the Guesthouse, and the protection of the Guesthouse’s property. The Guest is responsible for any damages to the Guesthouse property caused during their stay and must compensate for any such damages. The Guesthouse reserves the right to charge the Guest for any damages or losses caused.
The Guesthouse processes guests' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Personal data is processed only for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling the accommodation contract and for potential marketing purposes, provided the Guest gives consent. The Guest has the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data at any time.
The Guesthouse is not liable for the loss or damage of the Guest’s personal belongings unless it is proven that the loss or damage was caused by negligence or intentional acts of the Guesthouse staff. The Guesthouse is also not responsible for any damages caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control.
The Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel or change a reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical problems, unexpected closure of the Guesthouse due to force majeure, unforeseen accommodation issues). In such cases, the Guesthouse will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
The Guesthouse reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be posted on the Guesthouse’s website. The changes apply only to reservations made after the date of publication.
If the Guest has any issues or dissatisfaction with the accommodation, they are obliged to immediately inform the Guesthouse staff so that the issue can be resolved during the stay. The Guesthouse commits to responding to complaints in accordance with the law and will make every effort to meet the Guest's requests.
All legal relationships between the Guesthouse and the Guest are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and effective.
Cancellation Policy
