CHALET NON-SENS was built in 2023 to a high standard, so that it met the highest criteria for an unforgettable stay in Hochrindl with a stunning view of the valley of the Austrian Alps. Na stavbě se podílela

The company DD Design participated in the construction and took care of fine-tuning the interior down to the last detail in harmony with nature and with regard to the pleasant use of all interior elements. It is located in a great location that is easily accessible to the ski slope and in the summer there are beautiful rides on electric bikes or walks.

There are 5 bedrooms for 10 people in the chalet.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms for a total of 7 people, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area and a large portal that gives access to the terrace and a wonderful view of the valley of the Austrian Alps. There is also one bedroom for two people and a bathroom with a shower.

In the basement itself we find a bedroom for one person with a kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a place to store ski equipment. An integral part of the basement is the wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, cooling bucket, shower, separate toilet and relaxation area.

For your maximum comfort, the entire building is equipped with fragrances from Aria Pura, L'ocittane cosmetics and Evian water. The kitchens are fully equipped, with Miele appliances, including a Nespressa coffee machine and capsules. There is also a wood burning fireplace for a log cabin atmosphere, however the entire Chalet is heated by underfloor heating. In the chalet, you will find 5 smart TVs including an active Netflix connection, and Wi-Fi is a matter of course in the entire facility.

Terms and Conditions

 

The operator provides an accommodation service to the customer who books accommodation in the operator's accommodation facility.

A customer is a person who reserves accommodation in the operator's accommodation facility.


The description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is given in the reservation system.

The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, the number of reserved accommodation units, the number of guests, the length and date of the reservation.

 

The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit for accommodation services, which the customer pays through the online payment gateway.
The customer pays in advance the amount of the deposit for the accommodation through the payment gateway in the amount determined by the operator for the given type and date of accommodation.
After confirmation by the operator, the reservation is binding for the customer and the customer is obliged to pay the deposit for the accommodation within three days.
If the deposit for the accommodation is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to release the booked date for other customers.

 

Cancellation conditions are listed separately.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the responsibility of the Czech Trade Inspection, with registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the customer and the Service provider.

The cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a reservation of accommodation services made between the customer of the chalet accommodation services and the accommodation provider (=chalet operator).

 

The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order.

 

The cancellation fee represents compensation for damage caused by the accommodation provider.

 

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the accommodation reserves the right to apply these cancellation conditions

100% of the price of the ordered services
less than 7 days
50% of the price of the ordered services
less than 14 days
30% of the price of the ordered services
30 or more days
free, full refund of the deposit paid

 

When shortening the length of stay, the same cancellation period applies as when canceling the stay.
The cancellation fee is a contractual penalty.

 

In case of cancellation for serious reasons, a change of date is possible by mutual agreement. In the event that the guest does not arrive or cancels due to unavoidable events, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

 

In case of non-payment of the deposit, from which the cancellation fees could be deducted, the accommodation provider has the right to send the customer an invoice in the amount of the cancellation fees.
