The contract will come into force as soon as payment is received and a booking confirmation with confirmed holiday dates is issued. The contract binds you and all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these booking conditions. Failure to provide all relevant information or failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of the contract and loss of reservation.
The house is fully equipped, bed linen and towels will be at your disposal. Tourist fees must be paid in cash at reception upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
These are general cancellation conditions, in rare cases we will adjust the cancellation according to the agreement and the current situation.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 100% refund
59-31 days before arrival: we return 70%
30-15 days before arrival: we return 40%
14 days or less before arrival: no refund
We charge an administrative fee of 50 euros for cancellations at any time after closing.

COVID19 – Special conditions:
In the event that COVID19 does not allow you to leave your country or enter Croatia on the day of arrival, or forces you to end your vacation earlier than planned, you can request a full refund for unused nights.
By reserving and paying an advance payment for one or more accommodation units from the Operator's offer, the client enters into a contractual relationship with the Operator and confirms that he agrees to the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of accommodation services (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions).
The client is advised to familiarize himself with them carefully before paying the down payment.
