Off the main roads, on the road from Lubina to basically nowhere, we opened Hostinec u Klačkov. We brought an abandoned and dilapidated house back to life. Today, travelers stop here again. If you feel like spending the night, welcome! We have two rooms with a shared bathroom and an apartment with a beautiful view directly from the bed and its own bathroom.
Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 10.30 am. Lunch is served during the hours when the restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday. Dinner for our guests is prepared by arrangement every day. Tea and coffee are available in the common room for free, and small snacks are available for an additional fee. The minibar has a selection of soft drinks and wines.
General Terms and Conditions
Our services are subject to the general terms and conditions of Hostinec u Klačkov, s.r.o., operating the accommodation U Klačkov, which are listed below. These terms and conditions are a contractual part of the order placed by you (hereinafter referred to as the client). The client acknowledges these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them by signing or making an advance payment.

By making a binding reservation of a stay, the Guest accepts and accepts the General Terms and Conditions, the Accommodation Rules as a contractual condition of accommodation and is also obliged to comply with these provisions. The accommodation contract is concluded by the binding confirmation of the guest's order for services by the landlord.
ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION
The price for accommodation is flexible and depends on the date of your stay (season) and the number of people.
The online booking system calculates the price of the stay depending on the number of days and type of room booked. Reservations are accepted by the online booking system, which is part of the U Klačkov website.
For a binding reservation, we require payment of 100% of the total price of the ordered services as a reservation deposit. Payment instructions are sent to the specified e-mail immediately after the reservation is made. Payment by bank transfer is due within 5 business days of making the preliminary reservation. If the reservation deposit payment is not credited to our account by this time, the preliminary reservation will be canceled.
After receiving the reservation deposit to our account, we will immediately send a reservation confirmation to your e-mail specified in the order.
The accommodation contract is concluded by the binding confirmation of the guest's order for services by the landlord.
A binding confirmation is considered to be the receipt or crediting of an advance payment in the amount of 100% of the total price of the stay to the account of the accommodation facility.
The crediting of the advance payment to the account of the accommodation facility will be confirmed to the Guest in turn together with the binding reservation of the stay.
In the event that the advance payment specified in the reservation confirmation is not paid by the Guest within 5 working days, this reservation of the stay is invalid.
ACCOMMODATION RULES, METHOD AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION
Check-in
Hostinec u Klačkov can accommodate a guest who is duly registered for the accommodation. To check-in, the guest is obliged to present the operator with a valid identity document (passport, ID card) pursuant to Act No. 253/1998 Coll. on reporting the stay of citizens of the Slovak Republic in the register of residents of the Slovak Republic, as amended, and pursuant to Act No. 363/2005 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended. Every guest who is not a citizen of the Slovak Republic (foreigner) is obliged, pursuant to Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the stay of foreigners, as amended, to fill in and hand over to the accommodation facility staff the official form on reporting the stay, while the Guest is obliged to provide all required information truthfully and completely.
Arrival and departure
Guests can arrive on the first day of their stay from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room no later than 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed in the accommodation order. In case of late departure of the Guest, the accommodation facility has the right to charge the Guest a fee of: 50% of the room price for the next night when the room or apartment is vacated by 1:00 p.m. 100% of the room price for the next night when the room or apartment is vacated by 2:00 p.m. The room is considered vacated after the Guest has removed all of his/her personal belongings and handed over the keys to the accommodation facility staff.
Quiet time
The guest is obliged to observe quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Liability for damages
The client is responsible for all damages caused to the accommodation by him/her or his/her close persons and will compensate the accommodation for these damages in full. The accommodation is responsible for damages for which the accommodation is clearly and demonstrably at fault. If the client makes an accommodation reservation for the benefit of a third natural person – the accommodated person, the client is jointly and severally liable for the obligations that arise for this accommodated person in relation to the accommodation for the accommodation services provided and in connection with these services (e.g. compensation for damage), together with this accommodated person.
No smoking
For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited in all internal areas of the Hostinec u Klačkov facility!
Valuables
The accommodation does not assume any responsibility for valuables, cash, jewelry in the event of damage.
Use of electrical appliances
Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the facility, with the exception of electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (razors and massagers, hair dryers, etc.).
Animals
Animals have access to the accommodation upon timely notification and approval, which is recorded in writing. The accommodation charges fees according to the currently valid price list.
Lost and Found
Found items are sent to the client by mail based on a written request, with the client paying all related expenses. Found items are stored in the accommodation for 3 months.
Parking
Guests can park in the adjacent parking lot while complying with the general parking principles and road traffic rules. The provider may ask the guest to repark the car. The provider is not liable for any theft of the vehicle or items in the vehicle.
Compliance with accommodation rules
Guests staying at the Hostinec u Klačkov facility are obliged to comply with the provisions of the accommodation rules. Otherwise, the operator has the right to cancel the guest's stay at any time without claiming a refund of the price paid for the stay by the guest.
These terms and conditions are valid from 1. 1. 2025.
The landlord is entitled to charge compensation for the loss incurred from the non-fulfillment of the stay - cancellation fee from the paid advance payment in case you cancel your reservation within the following periods:
100% of the price of the ordered services when canceling the stay less than 2 days before arrival
50% of the price of the ordered services when canceling the stay less than 5 days before arrival
0% of the price of the ordered services when canceling the stay less than 14 days before arrival
In case you leave early, the payment for the stay will not be refunded.
All information you provide during our cooperation is confidential and will be treated as such. Unless you give us your written consent, we will not use your data in any way other than for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, except for the email address to which commercial communications may be sent, as this is permitted by law unless you refuse it. These communications may only concern similar or related goods and can be unsubscribed from at any time in a simple way (by sending a letter, email or clicking on the link in the commercial communication). The email address will be stored for this purpose for a period of 3 years from the conclusion of the last contract between the contracting parties.
