Terms and Conditions
The provider offers accommodation services to customers who reserve accommodation in the provider's accommodation facility.

The customer is the person who reserves accommodation in the provider's accommodation facility.
A description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is provided in the booking system or on the provider's website www.rejviz.cz.
The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system based on the type of accommodation, the number of reserved accommodation units, the number of guests, and the duration and date of the reservation.
The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit (prepayment) for accommodation services, which the customer pays through an online payment gateway or by transfer to the provider's account.
Online payments are handled by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secure, and all information is encrypted. More information and contacts at www.comgate.cz.
The customer pays a part of the accommodation deposit in advance through the payment gateway or bank transfer, as determined by the provider for the specific type and date of accommodation.
The reservation is binding for the customer after confirmation by the provider, and the customer is required to pay the deposit for accommodation within two days. If the reservation has a check-in date less than 10 days from the reservation date, the customer is required to pay the full amount for accommodation services.
If the accommodation deposit is not paid within two days from the reservation, the provider is authorized to release the reserved date for other customers.
Cancellation Policy:
The customer can cancel the reservation by email at ubytovani@rejviz.cz In the event of cancellation:
31 days or more before arrival, a handling fee of 10% of the total stay cost.
Changing the reservation date during this period is free of charge, without any handling fee.
30 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay cost.
14 to 11 days before arrival, 70% of the total stay cost.
10 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total stay cost.
In the event of early termination of the stay by the customer without any fault on the part of the provider, the provider is not obliged to refund the remaining portion of the paid amount.
The Czech Trade Inspection, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the customer and the service provider.
Liability for Damages, House Rules
The customer is responsible for the behavior of themselves and their children or other persons staying with them. In case of any breakage or damage to any part, the customer will be charged a fee for repair or the entire cost of replacement.
House Rules:
The apartment has wooden floors, please remove your shoes in the entrance hall. Dispose of waste separately (trash bins are labeled). Please turn off all lights and electronic devices when leaving. Close windows (in case of possible storms). Regularly ventilate, especially in the bathrooms. Conserve both hot and cold water.
Do not flush moist wipes down the toilet, as it can disrupt the wastewater treatment. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. Thank you for respecting the house rules.

The data 1) to 3) are required by law, specifically § 3, para. 4) of Act 565/1990 Coll., on local charges, in its current wording. The accommodation provider is obliged to keep a written registration book in which the duration of accommodation, the purpose of the stay, the name, surname, address of permanent residence or residence address abroad, and the identity card number or travel document number of the individual who provided accommodation are recorded. Also, for foreigners, according to Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the stay of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic in the wording of later regulations - from the perspective of GDPR, this is for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation related to the accommodation provider.
Data 4) - phone number and email are essential for communication with clients (communication regarding arrival, departure, and other matters related to accommodation) - from the perspective of GDPR, for the purposes of legitimate interests of the service provider.
Clients can receive news and other commercial messages sent to their email address or phone number. This practice is permitted by § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on information society services, unless the client refuses. These messages can be unsubscribed at any time in any way, for example by sending an email or clicking on a link in the commercial message.
The provided data will only be used for the purposes mentioned above and, under no circumstances, for any marketing offers from third parties.
