Terms and Conditions of the Pension U Studny Reservation Portal

1. Introductory Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of Pension U Studny (hereinafter referred to as the “Accommodation Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) regarding the reservation and provision of accommodation services through the online reservation portal www.pensionustudny.cz.
2. The operator and provider of accommodation services is:

3. By reserving accommodation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservation and Contract Conclusion

1. Reservations can be made online via the reservation system on the provider’s website or by other means (telephone, e-mail).
2. The contractual relationship between the Guest and the Accommodation Provider is established at the moment the reservation is confirmed by the Accommodation Provider.
3. The Accommodation Provider reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the capacity of the pension is full or for other justified reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

1. Current accommodation prices are listed in the reservation system and on the provider’s website.
2. The accommodation price includes only the services specified in the offer description; additional services are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment can be made by:
• bank transfer
• credit card
• cash on site

5. The Accommodation Provider is entitled to request a deposit of up to 100% of the total accommodation price.

4. Cancellation Policy

1. The Guest may cancel their reservation in writing via e-mail to the provider’s address.
2. Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation policy applies:
• cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
• cancellation 14–7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation price
• cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation price

4. In the event of early termination of the stay, the Guest is not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the stay.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Guest

1. The Guest is obliged to comply with the pension’s house rules.
2. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the provider’s property.
3. The Guest must immediately report any defects or deficiencies to the Accommodation Provider.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Accommodation Provider

1. The Accommodation Provider is obliged to provide the Guest with accommodation in the scope and quality agreed in the reservation confirmation.
2. The Accommodation Provider is liable for damage to the health and property of the Guest only to the extent provided by law.
3. The Accommodation Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the Guest seriously violates the house rules or these Terms and Conditions.

7. Personal Data Protection

1. The Accommodation Provider processes the personal data of Guests in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the privacy policy available on the provider’s website.
2. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of securing the reservation, providing accommodation, and fulfilling legal obligations.

8. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of 1 January 2025.
2. All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
3. Any disputes arising between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest will be resolved primarily by amicable means.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before arrival – no cancellation fee, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
• 14 days or less before arrival – cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the booked services.
• Cancellation is only possible in writing (by e-mail or letter).
• The date and time the cancellation is received is decisive.
• In case of early departure or no-show without prior cancellation, we charge 100% of the price of unused services.
