for the Provision of Accommodation Services at B&B Hotel Kytky pod komínem
Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between the accommodation provider and the guest.

Scope of Services
The provider offers short-term accommodation according to the current offer.
Details of services and prices are available on the website and in the price list at the reception.
Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made online, by e-mail, by phone, or in person.
A reservation is valid once confirmed by the provider.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, or cash upon arrival.
The provider may require a deposit of up to 100% of the total price.
House Rules – Basic Guidelines
Check-in: 15:00–18:00, check-out: by 11:00.
Guests must present a valid ID.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the provider’s property.
Liability
The provider is liable for items brought in according to the Civil Code.
The provider is not liable for damage caused by the guest or by third parties.
Final Provisions
These GTC form an integral part of the accommodation contract.
The provider may change the GTC.
The current version is available on the website and at the reception.
Effective as of: 1 August 2025.
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival – free of charge.
Cancellation 6–2 days before arrival – 50% of the total price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show – 100% of the total price.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail, phone, or through the booking system; the time of receipt is decisive.
Privacy Policy
The provider processes guests’ personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data is collected for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the accommodation contract, guest registration, compliance with legal obligations, and for marketing purposes (based on consent).
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or as required by law.
Guests have the right to request access to their personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except with public authorities and entities authorized by law.
