Terms and Conditions The operator provides accommodation services to the customer who reserves accommodation in the operator's accommodation facility. The operator of accommodation services is: Pension Ayky, Tomáš Zeman ičo 66643562, info@ayky.cz, phone: +420 602 136 353 The customer is the person who reserves accommodation in the operator's accommodation facility. The description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is provided in the reservation system. The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, number of booked accommodation units, number of guests, length and date of reservation. The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit for accommodation services, which the customer pays via the online payment gateway. The customer pays the amount of the deposit for accommodation in advance via the payment gateway in the amount set by the operator for the given type and date of accommodation. The reservation is binding for the customer after confirmation by the operator and the customer is obliged to pay the amount of the deposit for accommodation within three days. If the deposit for accommodation is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other customers. Cancellation conditions are stated in a separate document. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is responsible for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The online dispute resolution platform located at the Internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the customer and the Service provider. GUEST RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS: 1. The guest has the right to use the reserved premises and their equipment, as well as the equipment of the common areas 2. The guest is responsible for all damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay any costs for repairs, replacements or special cleaning. The amount of payment will be determined by the guesthouse. 3. The guest is obliged to report all defects and possible shortcomings during his stay in the guesthouse so that a remedy can be agreed upon. 4. The guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of the guesthouse's accommodation services no later than the day of arrival, and the guest is obliged to pay the other costs no later than the day of departure. 5. The guest may withdraw from the contract based on the cancellation conditions or if the guesthouse has not provided the guest with previously agreed services corresponding to the guesthouse's standard 6. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is possible only by agreement with the guesthouse and may be subject to a fee. 7. Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible by agreement with the guesthouse and may be subject to a fee. 8. The entire guesthouse building is non-smoking. Violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or premises of the pension entitles the pension to charge the Guest a penalty of 5000,-CZK for cleaning the room or premises of the pension. Smoking is possible in the garden, terrace of the pension or in front of the pension. 9. The period between 22:00 and 6:00 is the quiet time. Behavior that leads to disturbing other guests during the quiet time is strictly prohibited (including loud listening to music, television, shouting in rooms, corridors and other disturbing behavior). In the event of a serious violation of this rule, the pension may penalize guests with a financial fine of up to 5000,-CZK or, if necessary, call the police. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PENSION: 1. The pension is obliged to provide accommodation for the Guest based on previously agreed services that meet the standard of the pension. 2. In the event that the guesthouse cannot accommodate the Guest based on a previously created and confirmed reservation, the guesthouse is obliged to provide the Guest with adequate accommodation in another facility. FINAL PROVISIONS: 1. These terms and conditions are valid from 1.1.2025 and the Guesthouse reserves the right to change them and the Guest is obliged to comply with these current terms and conditions. 2. The Guesthouse collects the Guest's personal data only for the period strictly necessary until the end of the provision of the agreed services and does not provide this data to other persons.
