CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not accept cancellations by telephone or in person. Only in written – email. In case of cancellation, non-arrival on the day (no-show) or modification see the cancellation fee below. The difference will be sent to your bank account.

Reservations: if you do not pay the amount within 3 days from the invoice date issue – the reservation will be cancelled. We will inform by e-mail about the cancellation.

Subletting and re-letting of the rooms as well as the use for any other purpose than accommodation is not allowed.

 

Check in is at 15:00, check out at 11:00.

 

DAMAGES OR LOSSES

Please inform us immediately in case of any damage or lost caused by you or to you. Keep your valuables safe, lock the door whenever you leave the house. We are sorry, but we are not liable for any valuables or money.

ALWAYS KEEP THE ROOF TERRACE DOOR LOCKED! There is high risk of roof thief!

 

THE POOL AND GARDEN RULES

The use of the pool is at your own risk. The kids must be supervised by their parents. Jumping to the pool is prohibited.

Climbing the city walls is prohibited.

Please respect our neighbours and avoid any noise after 11PM. Thank you.
