The Administration of National Park Veľká Fatra based in Martin, offers for short-term rent two cozy buildings, which are located in the bosom of the beautiful nature of Veľká Fatra.
General terms and conditions of short-term rental for the purposes of environmental education/environmental tourism in the facilities of the Veľká Fatra National Park Administration located in Martin
1. General provisions
Service providers are short-term rental of objects for the client. The subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation, of an environmental nature, clients within the agreed term and scope.
Only the registered number of persons can be accommodated, the required registration of persons must be reported in advance and paid extra.
The client is responsible for damaged equipment caused by him/herself or jointly using the object. All damage caused by reason or negligence is considered destruction of property and the client is obliged to pay for all damage incurred.
The client is obliged to notify defects or deficiencies that have appeared in the premises of the object or on the adjacent land.
When reporting damage, 100% of the price is charged. If the client does not pay the agreed amount, the intermediary will transfer the claim to a third person who is authorized to represent the intermediary.
The client undertakes to pay all the costs incurred by the disability of the equipment of the equipment that was used by him or by him that used the object with him.
After the end of the lease, the lessee undertakes to hand over the object in question in the condition in which he received it.
In case of injury, damage to health or other unforeseen circumstances, the lessor or his representative is not responsible.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. Smoking is allowed outside the premises of the building and the starlings are allowed to clean up after themselves.
Night time is between 22:00 and 06:00.
The client does not make any changes or repairs to electrical equipment in the building and its surroundings, or otherwise interfere with the electrical installation.
The provider must pay for the right to start the stay immediately if the client violates these General Terms and Conditions for the stay, or causes serious damage to the object and its equipment, or if the behavior of the client and the person using the object with him is unacceptable.
At the same time, the operators reserve the right not to allow further stays for clients who have engaged in the above-mentioned behavior in the past.
By paying the deposit, the client accepts the cancellation conditions and confirms that he is familiar with these general terms and conditions for the stay, that he understands them, agrees with them and accepts them in full.
The client undertakes to comply with the facility's operating regulations and the visitor regulations of the Veľká Fatra National Park.
2. Timing
The contractual relationship between the provider and the user is established by confirmation of the telephone order or form form by the landlord and payment of the full amount for the accommodation by the tenant (client). The contractual relationship ends after the end of the agreed period for which the stay was reserved.
3. Ordering
The client can order a stay directly through the following websites:

In the case of orders made in this way, the provider obliges the nearest client to understand within 3 days about the acceptance of his orders and reservations of the object, which is binding on the part of the lessor only after the full amount has been paid and credited to the lessor's account.
4. Rental price
the resulting rental price is based on the client's requirements and according to the valid price list, which is published on the website:

5. Payment terms
The full amount of the stay must be paid within 5 days from the confirmation of the requested landlord.
Only after receiving the payment to the lessor's account is the reservation binding for both parties.
All fees for one object are included in the accommodation price.
A refundable deposit in the amount of €50 per object is paid by the client in cash when paying for the stay, and after the object is handed over without damage, the deposit will be returned within 48 hours of the end of the stay.
6. Rights and obligations of the client and provider
The client is obliged to pay the rent.
The client is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order.
The client has the right to use the rented premises, garden, fireplace, gazebo, reserved park space
If it is a legal entity, notify the authorized person.
7. The client's insurance is not included in the accommodation price.
8. Order cancellation
a) In the event that the order is canceled by the client, the rental provider has the right to a cancellation fee.
The amount of the cancellation fee is:
- more than 30 days before the start of the stay - 30% of the total price of the stay
- less than 30 days (inclusive) - 50% of the total amount of the stay
- early termination of stay - 80% of the price of the remaining days, unless otherwise agreed.
- one week before starting the accommodation, 100% of the total price of the accommodation.
b) The provider reserves the right to renew the reservation if the subject of the lease was unable to use due to unforeseen events. In this case, they can receive a refund of the remitted amount in full, or agree on an alternative date.
c) Further changes to the order (change of date) will be considered cancellation of the order and, if the rental provider has the right to a cancellation fee.
Order cancellation
a) In the event that the order is canceled by the client, the rental provider has the right to a cancellation fee.
The amount of the cancellation fee is:
- more than 30 days before the start of the stay - 30% of the total price of the stay
– less than 30 days (inclusive) – 50% of the total amount of the stay
- early termination of stay - 80% of the price of the remaining days, unless otherwise agreed.

b) The Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the subject of the lease would not be able to be used due to unforeseen events. In such a case, he can offer the client a full refund of the remitted amount, or agree on an alternative date.
