You can cancel the reservation for free up to 3 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of the first night. If you do not show up for your stay, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
For stays from 28 June to 31 August 2024, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the price of the stay. In case of no-show, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of the stay.
COMMUNICATION TO FULFILL THE INFORMATION OBLIGATION
Apartments Lipno Costa Plana operated by Vertex Fund Services s.r.o., ID number: 14099381, with registered office at Hvězdova 1716/2b, Nusle (Praha 4), 140 00 Prague ("Administrator") processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other legal regulations.
In order to comply with legal obligations:
furthermore, for the purposes of making a reservation, fulfilling the accommodation contract and for accounting purposes, the following personal data are processed: name and surname, address, telephone number, credit card number, date of birth, passport number, visa number, nationality. This information is obtained on the basis of the reservation received and subsequently by filling out the registration card by the guest at the hotel reception.
The Administrator will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its employees authorized to do so and further through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of personal data processing contracts.
Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the time necessary to mediate accommodation and payment for it, and then for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations according to the laws listed above.
The data subject has the right of access to his personal data processed by the Controller, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, and the right to object to the processing.
The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Administrator personal data relating to the data subject and which the data subject has provided to the Administrator. Based on the request of the data subject, the administrator shall provide the data subject without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at the request of the data subject, provide it to another clearly designated administrator. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
The manager has no intention of providing personal data to third countries.
If the data subject believes that unauthorized processing of his personal data is taking place, he can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
The accommodated guest declares that he has familiarized himself with the accommodation regulations. The body exercising supervision and consumer protection and the subject of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection, Štěpánská 15, Prague 2, 12000, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, www.coi.cz.
