General terms and conditions of accommodation

- By paying the deposit you accept the price and General terms and conditions of accommodation

- Failure to pay the deposit by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation

- Check-in 16:00 -20:00

- Arranging an earlier check-in is possible according to the operating capabilities of the accommodation provider for an additional fee

- Arranging a later check-out is possible according to the operating capabilities of the accommodation provider for an additional fee

- The amount of the “air, tourist tax” fee is according to the current price determined by the local authority

- The number of people who will be accommodated is determined by the number of people stated in the “reservation confirmation”. Due to capacity reasons, it is not possible to accommodate a larger number of people, including children.

- Individual apartments have one reserved parking space (Apartment Edit two parking spaces) per car, which cannot be changed.

- It is forbidden to use disposable tableware (paper and plastic) in the apartments.

- It is mandatory to recycle waste during your stay - throw it in the appropriate bin (paper, plastic, aluminum, tetra-pak, glass)

- Only guests may be present in the apartment (visits are not possible)

- In case of loss of keys, actual costs will be charged (special keys to the apartment approx. 300 Euros)

- It is forbidden to leave sports equipment (skis, snowboards, poles, ski boots, bicycles, scooters, etc.) in the apartments; a special place is reserved for their storage (ski room with dryers, bicycle room).

- A dryer for one pair of shoes is reserved in the ski room for each accommodated person.

- It is forbidden to use your own electrical appliances with higher electricity consumption in the apartment (fryer, direct heaters, freezers, ...)

- It is forbidden to use any gas appliances in the apartment (stove, grill ...)

- Night silence is required from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- The apartments are completely non-smoking (also applies to electronic cigarettes) including balconies.

- It is forbidden to move dishes and other equipment to other apartments.

-It is forbidden to dismantle any equipment in the apartments and common areas of the houses (cameras, wi-fi routers, fire alarms, thermostats, lights, ...)

- Children under 14 years of age can only use the elevator with a person over 18 years of age

- In the event of a storm, the use of the elevator is prohibited for safety reasons

- Unless otherwise agreed in the written reservation, pets are not accepted

- The tourist tax, the additional payment for accommodation and any ordered pastries are paid no later than the last evening of the stay in CASH in EUR.

- Guests are obliged to keep the apartment clean throughout their stay, to behave in a way that does not cause damage to the equipment and furnishings of the apartment, common areas and the surroundings of the house.

- Guests are obliged to protect the environment with their behavior, save water and electricity.

- The accommodation provider reserves the right to inspect and perform necessary maintenance of the apartments (in the presence andabsence of the guests) during their stay.

- In the event of any damage to equipment, furniture, etc., it is necessary to immediately inform the accommodation provider!!

- All damages caused will be paid in cash in Euros no later than the day of departure

-All prices and information are valid according to the reservation confirmation (except for tourist tax)

- Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the early termination of the stay of all persons from the apartment, without financial or other compensation. These conditions apply to all persons accommodated in the apartment.

 

INFO: - The agreed price includes accommodation for the agreed number of persons in a temperature comfort of at least 19°C at night, 21°C during the day and final cleaning. Not included is the refilling of toilet paper, soap, bags for the trash, dishwasher tablets, change of towels, change of bed linen. If necessary, laundry can be washed and dried for a fee.

--Common indoor and outdoor areas, ski room and garage are secured by a camera system with recording.

 

Please keep in mind that you are going to the mountains and adjust your equipment and clothing accordingly: slippers for the apartment, regularly used medications + medications for acute use during flu, temperature, sunscreen, glasses. In winter, don't forget: car chains, non-slip shoes, warm clothes. In summer, pack a backpack and good hiking shoes, trekking poles, and a helmet for cyclists!

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

- Free cancellation of the reservation is possible only 5 months before the start date of the stay

- 50% of the total price if the stay is cancelled more than 3-5 months in advance

- 80% of the total price if the stay is cancelled 1-3 months in advance

-100% of the total price if the stay is cancelled less than 1 month in advance

-In case your deposit is lower than the cancellation fee, additional payment of the price will be required

cancellation fee.

These cancellation policies do not apply to AirBnb and Booking.com.
