Terms and Conditions

Dear guests,

We are very sorry to bother you before your holiday. We would like to ask you for a few things. We are located in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, in the middle of nature. Our property tries to treat nature as gently as possible.

 

Home sewage treatment system
All wastewater is biologically treated. Therefore, please do not under any circumstances throw items other than toilet paper, especially feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, etc. into the toilet. Please put these items in the bin. Otherwise, the cleaning equipment could be destroyed.
Please do not use aggressive chemicals, we will be happy to replenish your supply of both dishwasher tablets and washing gel if necessary.

 

Waste sorting
In the corridor of the apartments you will find boxes for sorted waste, please sort your waste if it does not bother you - the yellow box is for plastics, the green one for glass and the white one for old paper. There are also boxes for metal waste and cardboard
Mixed waste can be disposed of in the bin outside the house, please do not leave it open as pets and wild animals could get into it. If the bin is already full, please leave your waste in the hallway when you leave, if you do, please dispose of it in the bins about 50 metres away.

 

Grill
There is a gas barbecue in the garden for your use. It would be greatly appreciated if you wash the grill plates and other parts in the dishwasher in your apartment after use.

Parking
We provide free parking for one car to each apartment. If you need to park more cars, you can use the free area near us, next to the sorted waste containers, or the paid parking at the Hubert Hotel. Our guests park for 100 CZK/day.
Please do not park in front of the entrance to the neighbouring property.

 

Wi-Fi
Free wi-fi is available throughout the property. The password can be found in each apartment or in the hallway.

 

Please note that the firing of rockets and fireworks is prohibited throughout the national park.
