The protection of your personal data is our top priority. In accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and based on Act No. 110/2019 Coll., which implements this directive into Czech law, we hereby inform you about how we handle your personal data.

  1. Personal data controller
  2. The personal data controller for the "Mlynářka" cottage at Černý Důl 100, postal code: 543 44, which is a business with identification number 101300564, Pavlína Sobotíková, identification number 08386293, with registered office at Mělnická 280, postal code: 250 65 Líbeznice (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer because the legal grounds for such appointment have not been met.
  3. Reason for collecting personal data
  4. In connection with the provision of these services, we are required to collect personal data about you to the extent necessary to provide accommodation services, which are required by Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on fees and registration activities, according to which we administer and pay local fees. Furthermore, this is Act No. 326/1999 Coll. on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic, which requires accommodation providers to register their guests with the Foreign Police and keep a house register. If we collect and process your personal data beyond the scope of our legal obligations, we will always request your written consent in advance.

In addition, we may also process your personal data if we have a legitimate interest in doing so, in particular for the protection of property (e.g. through the operation of a camera system), the defense and enforcement of our rights, prudence, the protection of our clients' needs, control mechanisms or other measures necessary for the functioning of the Controller, and to inform you about our services.
