Terms and Conditions
The Operator provides accommodation service to the Customer who books accommodation in the Operator's accommodation facility.
The accommodation service provider is:
FOCUS CRO Placement, s.r.o., ID No. 26450062
The customer is the person who books accommodation in the accommodation facility of the operator.
The description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is given on the website www.villaanna.cz and in the reservation system.
The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, number of reserved accommodation units, number of guests, length and date of reservation.
The booking system also calculates the amount of the deposit for accommodation services, which the customer pays online via payment gateway or by bank transfer.
The reservation is valid only after the payment of the deposit for the stay and the customer is obliged to pay this deposit so that it is credited to the provider's account within three days at the latest.
If the accommodation deposit is not paid within 3 days of the reservation, the reserved date is automatically released for other customers.
The cancellation policy is set out in a separate document.
Customers are obliged to compensate for any damage they cause to the operator by not complying with the Operating Regulations or by improper behaviour and handling of the VILLA ANNA resort facilities.

Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the stay ... free of charge, full refund of the deposit paid
Cancellation 7 to 29 days before the start of the stay ... 50% of the deposit paid
Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay ... 100% of the amount of the deposit paid
