These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the accommodation provider

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”),
and the customer who books accommodation with the Provider
(hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).
2.1. Guests can make a reservation through the online booking system available on the Provider’s official website.
2.2. By submitting a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. The reservation becomes binding once it is confirmed by the Provider.
2.4. The accommodation contract between the Provider and the Guest is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the Provider.
3.1. The price of accommodation is determined by the room type, number of guests, duration, and dates of stay.
3.2. When making a reservation, the system automatically calculates the deposit amount, which must be paid via the online payment gateway within three (3) days of receiving the booking confirmation.
3.3. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.
3.4. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the date available to other guests.
4.1. The terms for cancelling a reservation and any applicable cancellation fees are specified in a separate document titled “Cancellation Policy”, available on the Provider’s website.
4.2. By submitting a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to the Cancellation Policy.
5.1. In the event of a consumer dispute, the Guest has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority,

5.2. For online dispute resolution, Guests may use the European Commission’s ODR platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 1 January 2024 and form an integral part of the accommodation contract concluded between the Provider and the Guest.
6.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.
6.3. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the Provider’s official website.
1.1. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay is required.
The deposit must be paid via the online payment gateway within three (3) days of receiving the booking confirmation.
1.2. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
2.1. The Guest may cancel the reservation in writing or by e-mail sent to info@u-fandy.cz.
2.2. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on how many days remain before the planned arrival date:

| 30 to 15 days | 50% of the total price of the stay (equal to the paid deposit) |
| 14 days or less | 100% of the total price of the stay (the deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining balance is due) |
2.3. If the Guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay will apply.
3.1. For long-term or individually arranged prepaid stays, specific cancellation terms may apply.
3.2. As a general rule, the cancellation fee corresponds to the amount of the paid deposit, unless otherwise agreed.
4.1. A cancellation becomes valid only after it has been received and confirmed by the Provider.
4.2. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice determines the applicable cancellation fee.
5.1. In cases where the Guest is entitled to a refund, the amount will be reimbursed within 14 days from the receipt of the written cancellation.
5.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed.
6.1. In the event of extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters, serious illness, or other unforeseen events), the Provider may individually adjust or waive the cancellation fee.
6.2. Any decision regarding exceptions is at the discretion of the Provider, based on individual assessment.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
The Controller processes personal data that has been voluntarily provided through web forms, e-mail or telephone communication, or via the booking system.
This includes in particular:
name and surname,
company name (if provided),
e-mail address,
telephone number,
address,
booking details (date, duration, number of persons, etc.).
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
conclusion and performance of an accommodation or other service contract,
handling of inquiries and communication with the customer,
provision of additional services (e.g. wellness, massages, restaurant),
fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting, guest registration under the Local Fees Act),
sending commercial communications and information about events and news – only with prior consent.
Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:
performance of a contract,
fulfilment of a legal obligation,
the Controller’s legitimate interest, or
the data subject’s consent.
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the above purposes:
data for booking and contract performance – for the duration of the contractual relationship and 3 years after its termination,
accounting and tax documents – for the statutory period (10 years),
data processed on the basis of consent – for the duration of the consent or until it is withdrawn.
Personal data may also be processed by the following processors who provide services to the Controller:
providers of booking and accommodation systems (e.g. Trevlix, Booking.com),
providers of IT, web hosting, and cloud services,
accounting and tax advisors,
contractual partners providing supplementary services (e.g. wellness, marketing, payments).
The Controller guarantees that all processors comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and process personal data exclusively in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
The data subject (i.e. the person whose data is processed) has, under applicable legislation, the right to:
request information about which personal data is processed by the Controller,
request access to, correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal data,
restrict the processing of personal data,
object to the processing,
withdraw consent to data processing at any time,
lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by:
sending an e-mail to info@u-fandy.cz, or
sending a written request to the Controller’s registered address.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
The Controller has implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against misuse, loss, or unauthorized access.
Access to data is granted only to authorized persons who have been duly instructed in handling personal data.
This Privacy Policy is effective from 1 January 2025 and replaces the previous version dated 25 May 2018.
