The operator provides accommodation service to the customer who books accommodation in the accommodation

the Operator's facility.

The customer is the person who books accommodation in the accommodation facility of the operator.

The description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is given in the reservation system.

The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, number of reserved accommodation units, number of guests, length and date of reservation.

The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit for the accommodation services, which the customer pays through the online payment gateway.

The customer pays in advance the amount of the deposit for accommodation through the payment gateway in the amount set by the operator for the type and date of accommodation.

After confirmation by the operator, the reservation is binding for the customer and the customer is obliged to pay the amount of the accommodation deposit within three days.

If the accommodation deposit is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other customers.

Cancellation conditions are set out in a separate document.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, based at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is competent for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider.

Cancellation policy

There is a 100% cancellation fee for a prepaid, non-refundable stay.

For long-term prepaid stays, the cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit paid. Cancellation is subject to an individual cancellation policy.

The customer can cancel the reservation in writing or by e-mail.

Processing of personal data

You hereby grant your consent to WELLNESS & RESTAURANT U FANDY, with its registered office at Lhotka 180, 739 47 Kozlovice, ID No.: 74453271, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"):
- name and surname
- name of the company
- e-mail
- telephone number
- address
The name, surname, company name, telephone number, e-mail and address must be processed for the purpose of processing the enquiry, offering alternative services or arranging accommodation. We may use your data to send you commercial communications, events or services we provide that we think may be of interest to you. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 2 years.
You give your express consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@u-fandy.cz or a letter to the company's contact details.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller:
Processors that provide server, web, cloud or ET services to the Controller, whether they are the Controller's business partners
Employees of WELLNESS & RESTAURANT U FANDY
Other providers of processing software, services and applications, if applicable
Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- ask us for an explanation about the processing of your personal data,
- request access to your data and have it updated or corrected,
- ask us to erase that personal data,
- contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations.
