1. Booking & Payment

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 20% deposit. Please complete the deposit payment within 3 days; we will hold the booking for this period.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
Failure to complete the final payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival – the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future stay.
Cancellation 30–14 days before arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay price applies.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price applies.
Changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Standard check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged based on availability.

4. Stay & House Rules

Guests must adhere to the house rules and respect other residents.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Any damage to the property must be covered by the guest.

5. Pre-Arrival Information

14 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive final instructions for your stay.
