Before you (at least in your imagination) settle into our oasis of tranquility, please take note of the following organizational information.
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the total stay price. If the deposit is not paid within five days of booking, we will unfortunately have to release the date for other guests. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, we will of course refund the deposit in full.
No later than 7 days before arrival, we kindly ask for the payment of the remaining 50% of the total stay price. We will send you the invoice for the balance in a timely manner via email.
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival without any fees.
If you cancel the stay 6 to 3 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the price.
If you cancel the reservation less than 3 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the stay price.
The price includes breakfast, the local accommodation tax, storage for bicycles or skis, and is inclusive of VAT.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS – EAST MOP spol. s r.o.
These terms apply to booked accommodation and optional meals at the guesthouse Za Stromem, located in Opočno, Hradecká Street No. 198.
Prices for accommodation and any additional services are listed in the provider's presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.).
A deposit of 50% of the total price is charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not paid within five days of booking, the operator reserves the right to release the reserved date for other customers. If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 6 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price is charged. EAST MOP spol. s r.o. has the right to offset the cancellation fee against the paid deposit.
The remaining 50% of the total price is due no later than 7 days before arrival.
If the stay is cancelled less than 3 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price is charged. EAST MOP spol. s r.o. has the right to offset this fee against all payments already made.
EAST MOP spol. s r.o. will not charge the cancellation fees listed above if the guest was unable to use the services due to one of the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the guest or a close family member, or serious illness. The guest must provide written documentation of these circumstances to the provider within 3 days of their occurrence.
These payment and cancellation terms form an integral part of the accommodation contract, which becomes valid upon acceptance of the booking.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Room Rentals
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled 6 to 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay price will apply.
If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay price will apply.
