We offer you accommodation in a pleasant, modern, but simply furnished apartment with two bedrooms, balconies, two parking spaces and a bicycle storage room.
The apartment is non-smoking and we also do not accommodate your pets.
The apartment has two balconies.  The first one is accessed from the kitchen. In the morning it is sunlit. In the evening, on the other hand, you will find pleasant shade. The second balcony is accessible from the second room. The sun warms here all day long.
Four people can spend a comfortable stay here(recommended). It is spacious enough for six people.


For stays of 7 nights or more you get 30% discount.
For stays of 14 nights or more you will receive a 40% discount. You can also request a free towel and bath towel exchange.

The operator provides accommodation service to the customer who books accommodation in the accommodation facility of the operator.

The accommodation service provider is:

The customer is the person who books accommodation in the accommodation facility of the operator.

The description of the accommodation units of the accommodation facility is given in the reservation system.

The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, number of reserved accommodation units, number of guests, length and date of reservation.

The reservation system also calculates the amount of the deposit for the accommodation services, which the customer pays through the online payment gateway.

The customer pays in advance the amount of the deposit for accommodation through the payment gateway in the amount set by the operator for the type and date of accommodation.

After confirmation by the operator, the reservation is binding for the customer and the customer is obliged to pay the amount of the accommodation deposit within three days.

If the accommodation deposit is not paid within three days of the reservation, the operator is entitled to release the reserved date for other customers.

Cancellation conditions are set out in a separate document.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), located at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2,, is competent for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The online dispute resolution platform located at can be used to resolve disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the entire apartment.

Cancellation fees for cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
50% of the price of the stay for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
100% of the price for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival
In case of cancellation, an adequate part of the price of the stay will be refunded back to the account from which the payment came.
