📄 Terms and Conditions

The operator provides accommodation services to guests who make a reservation at our property.

🏠 Accommodation Operator

📅 Reservation and Stay

  • ✅ A reservation becomes valid after the deposit has been received or paid via the payment gateway.
  • 💳 The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon arrival.
  • 📩 Once confirmed by the operator, the reservation becomes binding.
  • 💰 The standard deposit is 50% of the total stay price.
  • ⏳ Check-in: 15:00 – 18:00 | Check-out: by 10:00
  • ⏰ Late check-out is possible only by prior agreement and may be charged.

🖥️ Online Check-in

The operator uses online check-in to make the arrival process as smooth and comfortable as possible.

A link to the online check-in form is sent in the initial message after the reservation is created and is also reminded one day before arrival.

Before arrival, the form must be completed with details of all accommodated persons, including children.

For adults, identification document details are required. For children without an ID document, at least the date of birth and personal identification number must be provided.

These details are used solely for the legal registration of accommodated persons in accordance with Czech legislation and are stored only for the legally required period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled by email. Cancellation fees are calculated from the total stay price:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: free of charge. The 50% deposit will be fully refunded.
  • 30 to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% (the deposit is non-refundable).

ℹ️ Additional Information

  • ⚖️ In case of disputes, out-of-court settlement is available through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority .
  • 🏠 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
  • 📜 All guests must follow the house rules. Details can be found here.

❌ Cancellation policy

📩 A reservation can be cancelled by e-mail at info@apartmany-iwona.cz. Cancellation fees are calculated from the total price of the stay and depend on how far in advance you cancel:

  • ✅ Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the deposit paid (50% of the price of the stay) is refunded in full.
  • ⚠️ Cancellation 30 to 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay (i.e. the deposit is forfeited in full).
  • ⛔ Cancellation 6 days or less before arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay.
  • 🚫 No-show (failure to arrive without prior notice): the reservation is forfeited with no refund.
